What is the sequential order for the initials of a monogrammed item?
Always give us your initials in the order of First Name, Middle Name, Last Name. We will arrange the monogram accordingly. Most items are monogrammed in the traditional style of last name initial being larger and in the middle position. Certain items may be sewn out in the sequential order of first name, middle name, last name and all three letters the same size, but this is only for specific items and we will note such items in the description.
Can I request a font style that is not listed as one of your samples?
Absolutely. We have the ability to do hundred's of font styles and would be happy to accomodate your request for a specific font. When placing your order, in the comments section, give us the name of the font you would like us to use. If for some reason we do not have that font, we will contact you.
How long does it take to get my order
Shipping time can vary depending on our back log. Our goal is to get your order out to you as soon as possible and most orders are shipped in less than 4 business days, but we do request that you give us 2 weeks due to the custom nature of our products. There are times when it is just impossible to get the order done any sooner (especially during the Holiday Season). If you absolutely need an order by a certain date, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
How do you ship?
We ship orders via USPS Priority Mail and you should receive you package within 2 - 3 days from the date we ship. If you would like something shipped overnight, please let us know and we will bill you separately for that additional service.
What is your policy regarding returns/refunds?
Our goal is for you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with the quality of the product you purchased, we will glady except your return with a full refund to you (minus the shipping cost). In order to accept the return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the item and let us know why you are unhappy with it. Then we need to receive the item back within 2 weeks of the notification date and upon our receipt of the returned item, we will credit you back your purchase price minus shipping costs.
Unfortuantely, we are not able to accept returns of items that have been embroidered with incorrect text due to the customer's mistake. If the mistake was on our end, we will ship a new item (done correctly) within 24 hours of the time we were notified of our mistake.
